Juana is the most professional real-estate agent I have ever seen. I have been looking to buy a flat for over two month and was dealing with all of the big names in the industry in Barcelona, they only want to sell you the flat with only one goal maximize their commission. Juana was an amazing and very helpful real estate agent. I needed a year long lease for an apartment while I was getting my master’s in Barcelona. I rented the apartment with two other international students, and Juana was just absolutely incredible to work with. She helped get us the correct contract for our legal documents in both English and Spanish, gave us video tours, met with us regularly, introduced us to our concierges, gave us recommendations for things to do in Barcelona, and even worked with us while we were all living in other countries. She was very flexible and has been a huge help and an amazing welcome to my time in Spain. I have even recommended her to several other students in my master’s program. Working with Juana was amazing. She was very professional and worked with both the landlord and my roommates and I to make sure both sides needs were met. She took the time to explain everything to us and made the transition of moving to a new city and country easier.
